Proposal

The modified self-simulation hypothesis.

The dominant paradigm, materialism and scientific positivism, assumes that matter is primary and mind is a side effect. This assumption is not a finding; it is a starting point. And it quietly removes whole classes of solutions from the table.

The modified self-simulation hypothesis inverts the order. Mind is primary. The Universe is a self-running, self-observing process in which consciousness participates in shaping what becomes physical. Matter persists, but as a stabilized expression of mind, not its opposite.

This is not new. It echoes the old spiritual traditions that placed awareness at the center. What is new is that modern physics, measurement-dependent reality, information as substrate, observer effects, no longer rules it out.

Within this frame, UAP stop being an embarrassment to physics and become a coherent phenomenon.

Hypothesis 6, drone incursion addendum

The drones as a perceptual artefact.

In the Deutschland UAP briefing I propose a sixth, explicitly non-materialist hypothesis for the 2020s drone wave[1], Hofstadter's strange loops[2], the self-simulation hypothesis reframed as self-rendering[3], and Strømme (2025) on universal consciousness as a foundational field. A non-trivial subset of the incursions may not be physical objects at all, but perceptual events injected directly into the rendering process of consciousness.[4] [5]

A magic trick. À la 'Project Blue Beam' in miniature scale. Direct transmission through our senses into the world.[6]
