TOE — Theory of Everything
Any candidate TOE that omits the observer is incomplete. Physics describes invariants of experience, not experience itself.
What a TOE must explain
Forces, particles, spacetime — and the fact that anything is experienced at all. Without the latter, the theory describes a model, not the world.
Why current candidates stall
String theory, loop quantum gravity, and emergent-spacetime programs make consciousness a side-effect at best. The hard problem returns the moment you try to derive qualia from dynamics.
The IS proposal
Treat mind as the substrate and physics as its lawful, invariant subset. Knuth-style derivations show special relativity emerging from observer-consistent information; IS extends the move to the rest of physics and to UAP-class anomalies.
